Shipping:
- If you have any questions about our products, such as materials, sizing, order prep time, or changes to your order, please contact us before completing your purchase.
- We offer domestic shipping within the United States and international shipping through USPS.
Returns:
- Returns are available for domestic orders only and must be approved by Hunterhue®.
- For health and safety reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.
- If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 days of the delivery date or purchase. You must submit photos of the damage for review. Without this, the return cannot be approved.
- We accept returns for necklaces, key chains, and bracelets. Once your return is approved, you have 5 days to return the item via USPS or in person.
- Artworks can not be return.
