Certain types of items cannot be returned.

Due to health concerns earrings cannot be returned or refund.

We do not accept returns on sale items.

We do not accept returns on gift cards.

Artwork that arrived damaged can be return during a 10-day period after delivery for a full refund. Damage must be notified within 2 days after delivery, by submitting photos showing the damage. Otherwise a return wont be approved.

If you changed your mind on art and decided you no longer wanted the artwork we will refund 100% of the total costs. if the items arrives without any damages.
This return will only be approved within a 2 day notice after delivery, and up to 10-day period after delivery to sent the item back to us.
The buyer is responsible for any loss in value, and only a percentage of the total costs will be refunded.
Hunterhue® will determined the value.
